Madhya Pradesh Co-operative Society (Reorganization and Construction) Ordinance No. - 04, 2000.Conducting individual schemes of economic development of Scheduled Castes, Safai Kamgar, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and Minority Sections by the Corporation, working as the Channelizing Agency of the National Corporations of the said sections, making self-reliant by providing financial loan assistance and vocational training for self-employment.

 ITRC has trained 200 approx candidates to make them capable of earning and leading a good life.
