Maulana Azad National Academy For Skills (MANAS) is an ambitious and over-arching skill development architecture, aimed at providing an all India Level training framework, based upon tie-ups with National/International training organizations (on PPP mode) for imparting training to the minority population, for skills that are currently in demand.

ITRC Technologies Pvt. Ltd ITRC successfully trained 500 among which 350 placed at Roorkee (Uttarakhand) under the sectors like Beauty & Wellness, Driver Cum Mechanic, Basic Car Service, Electrician Domestic, Hand Embroidery etc.

Uttarakhand, a state in northern India crossed by the Himalayas, is known for its Hindu pilgrimage sites. Uttarakhand is ecologically fragile, flood and earthquake-prone state and has frequently seen natural disasters. Therefore, leading a normal life, getting education and working is challenging. ITRC is making all its efforts to reach out to people living there in order to provide them training and sustainable living.
