Leaving the dream for dream. Isn’t it strange? A father who has 40,000/- income annually, had a dream of making his son an Engineer and it almost came true but there was no option for Rohit & his father. Rohit dropped out of engineering due to financial crises which he never dreamt about. Rohit have the entire family responsibilities in his hands Rohit was barely able to manage his living and food expenses.

Rohit began his journey with ITRC and started Skill Development training. Rohit has such an enthusiasm that no one can judge his financial crisis situation. ITRC knew his energy and trained him to boost his forte.

He underwent training for Retail Sales Associate under free skill training program. He secured a job role in Teleperformance, a renowned name in BPO as Operation Executive.
Now Rohit have a good source of income. He is supporting his family, moreover the dream is still alive for Rohit.. He opened his wings to fly even close to his dream as he enrolled himself in Bachelors Of Engineering.

Rohit says-“What to do ?and How to do ? these were the two question was running in my mind until I joined ITRC and now it seemed so easy after the training. Now when I see my former batch mates who completed their engineering is lagging behind with my skills. I am happy that I am earning more than my friends.”
